上禮拜, 為期四週的《姿勢跑法基礎班》結束了。
以下是學員們的跑姿分析: 上圖是上課前的姿勢; 下圖是上完4堂課後拍的。

The following are the running pose analysis of students : Above is the pose before class ; Below is the pose after four weeks.]
不意外, 大家都有或多或少的進步, 但後測時跑姿最好的, 竟然是一開始體能、肌力最弱的, 最少運動的。這是打掉重練的最佳實例!! 因為這樣的學員, 最不受原本的神經運動模式干擾。
而PT的學員, 姿勢竟然沒有特別標準耶?!嘻嘻~可能還在適應中吧😊
[Not surprisingly , everyone has more or less progress. But after the running test, the best one turned out to be the beginner of exercise, the weakest girl. This is the knock of the example of training !! Maybe such student learned well without original neuromotor pattern interference.
And PT students , the pose aren't particular standard? ! Hee hee ~ they may need more practice to the right. 😊]
雖然姿勢分析起來普遍都有進步, 甚至有的很棒, 但我感覺到學員們最後測跑姿的時候,應該仍然對此跑步方式感到彆扭, 請繼續努力喔~
